Emily Nicholson, PsyD
Dr. Nicholson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University. She completed both her Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology - Chicago, where she received specialized training in clinical work with children and adolescents. Throughout her close to 15 years professional career, Dr. Nicholson has gained extensive experience evaluating and treating a diverse range of clinical concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, caregiver-child attachment styles, divorce, and blended family concerns and peer friendship difficulties. Dr. Nicholson integrates dynamic, systemic and developmental theories to guide her clinical practice.
Dr. Nicholson maintains memberships in the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Massachusetts Psychological Association (MPA). In her spare time, Dr. Nicholson enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, skiing and baking
